Nice hit CF, thats outa there well done. Whats your golf swing like.
Get a fair bit of distance on my drives, but need to work on my game with the irons. Chipping not to bad ;)
a big hit CF, I've only ever hit a cricket ball around 85-90 metres, although that was off some really slow spin :P In comparison to golf, I hit around 240m on average with the driver

Not from Tassie, but from your description, it sounds like a huge  hit. i'magine if you made the pool---and hit a duck
Just had a look on google maps so this is what it looked like:
http://maps.google.com.au/maps?q=King+George+V+Park,+Hobart,+Tasmania&hl=en&ll=-42.831097,147.277763&spn=0.002301,0.004823&sll=-25.335448,135.745076&sspn=47.294817,79.013672&vpsrc=6&hq=King+George+V+Park,+Hobart,+Tasmania&t=h&z=18

I was at the southern end, and the ball cleared the trees next to the stands and landed in the hedge around the area where it says anfield st.
I work it out to be about 125 metres :D

My Chumps

Seeing as I live in a tiny town with a population of about 300 (being generous) there's very minimal sport I can play... So I play them all :P
Golf all year round, footy in the winter, and tennis in the summer.  :)

I would kill for a soccer league!
All I can do is play hacky with a soccer ball every spare moment  ::)
