Morton came over for nothing really so if he can fit in and do well is a bonus.
wonder if he'll push out TDL?

Probably more excited by Walsh, maybe give Reid more support up front or consolidate the backline a bit ...

jury still out on last year's 'recycles' imo = Seaby, Spangher, Everitt ... if no consistent improvement that lot are gone ...  ;)

truBLUE

was a dissapointing season for Everitt, spanger, Walsh has been a great pick up look foward to watching him play

TheMailman

It was a great end of season year for spangher

Everitt couldn't of expected much oppurtinuity but with Kennelly retired that could change

Tommy Walsh could be great for helping Sammy Reid

Morton was picked up for nothing.....It would have to be a Fevola to make the Swans regret it

With the inclusion of Armstrong

A typical fantastic trade session by Sydney

The reason why they stay afloat while others rise and sink

GOD I HOPE   :D

Just Imagine St. Kilda  ;D

Torpedo10

Saw Walsh at the International Rules. Played really well.

My Chumps

I'm loving the look of Walsh  :D
Happy with Armstrong but very unsure on Morton...  :-\
I really like Everitt, but he just hasn't slotted in to our XXII unfortunately :(

By the way j959, we picked up Seaby 2 years ago along with Mummy ;)

It doesn't really matter with Morton

They used their round 4 pick for him

There's is a lot for chance that he'll end up a better player than pick 78 or whatever it was

He's an established player at least

Completely agree, could do much worse than morton 78 in this draft. Has torn a few games apart in his time so worth the risk. If it doesnt work, then no great loss.

My point exactly  :)

ok, a bit of a 'fluff' piece but nonetheless it is only off-season just starting pre-season ...

Loving the look of Walsh, he and Reid should form a very potent fwd line over the next few years

hahaha this would be great.

Third time even luckier hopefully

The combination of Reid, Walsh, Goodes, Rohan and ROK in the FWDS has the potential to do great things this year

SydneyRox

yup, slot Mcglynn into that and it looks like Morton might be playing a lot of reserves footy this year.
