Careful what your saying there Os.  ;) There are a only handful of players over the years who I'd take from Carlton and alas Bower is not one of them.

In no particular order these guys seemed to have a bit of black & white in them. Mark Murphy, Andrew Mackay, Paul Meldrum, Peter Dean and of course Mick McGuane. I'd think about Wayne Harmes but of course he cheats! Beyond that it looks a little bare over the years.

Back onto the real stuff, I can't imagine Carlton are going to get to round 17 next year and be thinking, wouldn't Setanta be a handy in. It's very tough on the guy but at an elite level unfortunately he just wasn't up to it. I do genuinely wish him all the best, the more Irish players we have here the better I say.
