It'll start in Late January. Just like it did in 99. The players union will push it to the brink then roll over at the 11th hour just like last time

2. If i do fantasy NBA, i would prefer to the one on the site that is either more official or more popular. Therefore which one would you advise me to join ( wil only do one)

a few of us prefer ESPN, free agency starts December 9th so rosters will begin to take shape... first game should be 25th December

Horford at 38 is a nice scoop, its hard to project this early but always worth doing a draft or two early to get some bargains ;)
