like, look at it this way, caddy is a top 10 draft pick, who averaged 72 last year. So, unlike players of comparable price such as Conigilio and HE-man, you already have a vague idea of his scoring potential. Especially considering that he was green vested in one of his games, and pulled out an 89 vs hawthorn from memory.

imo, way more worth the punt that the top draft picks this year.

Jelwood maybe, you could use the cash elsewhere, and the averages could end up being equivalent anyway.

if barlow gets to his 2010 form then, unless selwood suddenly becomes the greatest DTer ever and averages 120+, they're going to comparable. He averaged 94 last year (taking out sub affected score) after being rushed back from injury in a freo side that was stricken by injuries and getting dominated as of such.

And selwood got knocked out, so if i take that out he averages 114.5.

Selwood so, if selwood averaged 115 next year and barlow averaged 110, you've lost 5 points from that. But considering barlow is priced at 86 (even though he should have a 10% discount :S ), that's a pretty substantial amount of cash. Personally, I don't value 5 points at 120 000 preseason dollars.

Josh Caddy is one to consider , he is burning on the track and should average 80's . Only problem is his 240k price tag
