I don't think the Eagles did to badly out of tradeweek.

Ebert was going to go regardless and I think the pick we got was worth it.

Hill could be a good pickup, he has some talent but if he doesn't perform we have plenty of other options so it's no big deal. Hams, LeCras, Nicoski can all play the small forward role well and the other three forward posts will go to talls (Lynch, Kennedy and a resting ruckman).

At least we didn't get trumped by Melbourne for a player who wanted to move back to WA.

nah, Freo dodged the bullet with that one - unless they got him in the pre-season draft it was likely going to be a fizzer - they might still go to form and get a spud if the Dawson rumours are true!  ;)
