As my FTP career comes to a close i thought i would start a memory box(thread) for myself.

Precious Memory Number 1:

Jamel Khatib was my 1st ever play i brought, but he wasn't too good so i decided to delete him from my history ;D

But the 2nd player i brought was James Frost, he is my favourite player of all time in the Heroics, He would provide good runs in a match that would set up one of the biggest, if not biggest rivalry on fanfooty.

So James Frost, Thank You for what you have done for my team and i will never forget you :)

Precious Memory Number 2:

James Frost opened the batting with 90 runs to set up a massive win against AFEV by 4 wickets.

This is one of the memories i will cherrish from FTP, not just that win, but what that win meant, it meant that it will start one of the biggest rivalry's in FanFooty history.

There was a series of matches were AFEV had beat me and he had the wood over me, i had won a couple of more matches after that.

This rivalry is why i challenged AFEV to my last ever match in FTP, he accepted and it will be played on Sunday :).

AFEV, Thankyou for the matches we have been participated in and thanks for the rivalry :)

AFEV

Been a pleasure Hilly :)
And perhaps I'll tip the scales in your direction to give you the send-off you deserve ;)

It's disappointing to see you leave the game but I have faith you'll return once things have calmed down for you.

Have you seen my new team?

Precious Memory Number 3:

One of my greatest wins came in the Giant's Cup.

We needed the win to win the round and i was the last game.

It was against Sleeping Cow.

I was about 60 runs away from winning, with about 8 overs to go and Thomas Cox and Hamza Salah were at the crease.

Cox got runs in the over and singles of the last ball of every over.

Cox ended up getting 101* and i ended up winning by 1 wicket, but that game was one of the best matches i have played in.

Precious Memory Number 4:

Hamza Salah produced the best over i have seen in the time i have been playong in FTP!

The last over to end out the innings and bam!

He delivers this!

A hattrick for Salah!
That is 5 wickets for Salah!

19.6   W   Salah to Amsterdam : Short of a good length delivery on the stumps, Amsterdam makes room and takes a swing. The ball clips the top edge and balloons up to mid-on.
K. Amsterdam c M. Druery b. H. Salah 0 (1b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00
19.5   W   Salah to Harvey : Harvey signals to the bowler that he is going to put the next ball over his head. Salah smiles before charging in and knocking middle stump out the ground.
C. Harvey b. H. Salah 0 (1b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00
19.4   W   Salah to O'Brien : [catch] Slower ball outside the off stump, O'Brien doesn't get the required elevation to clear the man inside the circle and holes out to Ngilu at mid-off. It's a combination of smart bowling and poor batting.
D. O'Brien c S. Ngilu b. H. Salah 0 (1b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00
19.4   nb1 W   Salah to Cox : A huge mix up there and Richardson is well short of his ground.
D. Richardson run out (S. Ngilu) 48 (26b 7x4 0x6) SR:184.62
19.3   W   Salah to Devenish-Meares : [catch] Who said you had to bowl good balls to get wickets? Salah slipped in his delivery, and the ball lost all its pace there. Devenish-Meares had time to have a cup of tea before he hit that, but still managed to pick out
Ngilu, who was the only man inside the circle on the onside. That was a comedy of errors all round.
L. Devenish-Meares c S. Ngilu b. H. Salah 0 (2b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00

19.2   .   Salah to Devenish-Meares : Played along the ground straight to Barry at midwicket. No run.
19.1   W   Salah to Hussain : Got him! Salah with some sublime bowling as he uses his advantage coming across the batsman to draw the edge and Lawson snapped it up behind the stumps.
M. Hussain c D. Lawson b. H. Salah 2 (3b 0x4 0x6) SR:66.67

So Hamza Salah I thank you not just for that over, but for the many, many wickets you took at your time at the Heroics :)
