Yeah, all the stuff you buy is with the money you've earnt by playing online/single player tournaments with your team.
It'll give you a tutorial when you start it... I think :P

More likely than not. They have had past Fifa games so no reason why they wouldn't have it.

Last Soccer game I bought was PES 2009 (I think) so don't ask me here :-X. Check out reviews of the game online to see if it'll be any good. I usually do this before I commit to buying games.
