What's the obsession about Bali?

All the problems that Australians have there, the bombings, corby, this 14 year old boy and now Laidley and his families issues (on the herald sun website if you want to read up on it), why on earth do people continue to go?

It's the last place on earth that I want to go too.

Let's ask George Carlin

I spent 5 years in Singapore as a kid. the old man was in the Airforce, Make sure you check out the Tiger Balm Gardens, Boogie Street after dark is a great place to eat, try Fattys Restaraunt. The chairlift to Santosa island is pretty cool to.

Its a small place mate you can get around it pretty quick leaving plenty of time for just chilling and shopping and eating. My mouth is watering just thinking about the food.

Apart from the bombings how can the rest be blamed on the place rather than the people involved?! The media in Aus is shower.

Corby is a druggie who got caught and deserves what she got so how is that a bad mark against Bali? The kid admits to having done drugs before & admits to buying them so how is that a bad mark against Bali? Laidley & his family got in a fight & then tried to make out they were attacked without any provocation...

I don't agree with all the laws in Indonesia but if people are going to come here then they need to respect them and not treat it like they can get away with anything...

/end rant.
