Haha if you got challenged you have to say yes...

Go to the home page and in the top right box it should read

Your boxer is ready for fights (change) - change it to not ready and nobody can challenge you.

fight history:    66 fight(s),
46 win(s) (41 by K.O.),
1 draw(s), 19 loss(es)

The champ is here! The Champ is here!

The champ is here!

Im in training now for combination, what else should i do. Yeh i said no to my first fight as i havent a clue yet.
Daz's tip was to build your gym so you can train 3 things at a time - fitness, power & a move ...

i've found doing the moves pre-fight is better than letting the pre-set nomral/offensive/defensive template go and auto-fill but i still s*ck a** ...  ;)

don't forget to 'task' your fighter to level up at the top somewhere too ...   ;)

Barney 'Kid Dynamite' Stinson :)
my fighter just got 'pwned' ... new nick name for my fighter is Jerome "the doormat" Stevens ...  ;)

could be his manager's fault however ... i'm off to watch some Rocky movies for inspiration ...  ;)

Cheers Nails, i got that sorted, do i still have to fight the guy that challenged me even though ive changed to NOT READY. Ive got 200k what should i spend it on. j959 wow that sounded double dutch to me, is there a plain english version i can read lol. Im a bit of a computer illiterate.

Nails

lol

You should mostly spend it on the gym

Office > Boxing Gym > Extend Gym

And be sure to keep training your boxer in whatever you feel like.

Ok i'll do that, can i ask a dumb question, how do you actually throw a punch. Reading everything i can find and cant work it out, had 1 fight and got KO'd in the 1st round.

What does power actually affect?
I maxed mine up to 160/160 but now don't understand what it does? ???

CF do you know how you throw a punch ?
i assume it's computer simulation eg like dungeons and dragons got converted to diablo and world of warcraft where the dice got converted to computer programs that did the calculations automatically (yeah, showing my age and nerdiness now ...) ... so Grazz, you just program in the punches you want your fighter to throw and i assume the computer automatically calculates the 'hit' and 'block/defence' chances to work out who wins the fight ...

clear as mud??  ;)

Grazz I assume you are still a babyface which means that they will prepare the fight for you and what punches you throw.

Basically in the fight there are 7 turns of you hitting them and 7 of you defending, going one after the other. When you throw a punch it will either go head left/head right/body left/body right, or a combination if you do a series of punches. It then checks what the opposition is defending at that time and if they are defending where you are hitting the punch wont land, if they are not it hits them and they lose energy.
