Cant keep both of them, need to decide which one to keep.  If I keep Josephs then I can work on primaries for the next 2 seasons.  If I keep Ushanti then I need to work on secondaries for a season or 2 before I can switch back to primaries.  Just trying to work out which player will be better by 23-24

According to the player predictor by the time they turn 24, you can have them at:
Josephs
Batting: outstanding
Technique: outstanding
Fielding: capable
Endurance: reasonable
Power: poor

Ushanti
Batting: spectacular
Technique: spectacular
Fielding: capable
Endurance: reasonable
Power: poor

This doesn't take in to account sub levels though, but going by that you should keep Ushanti. Which is what I would have said anyway since you spent 80k on him recently :)
