Good matchup would be either Chuck Liddell or Ryan Bader. Your pick.
Also if your looking for a fight with Mir, JDS and Carwin are good options. Winner would be close to a title shot.

Also Maynard wants a fight to show he is a contender.

Kongo is looking for a fight potentially against Carwin. Okami vs Belfort or Henderson. Winner gets closer to a title shot with Sonnen. Good win by Hamill over Griffen working his way up the ranks and possibly future title fight

Yes, Kongo vs Carwin sounds like a good matchup. Allows Mir to fight JDS.
