Well, it does, coz i can rest up for bigger games. So his exp keeps rolling.

I know it wasn't the best buy but oh well, come 3-4 seasons he'll be playiong regularly. ;)

In 3 to 4 seasons time he will be lucky to be at rel/rel which is what you would want as a bare minimum in a 20 year old, not a 24 year old. There actually seems to be no point trying to offer you advice because you just don't listen. ::)

I'm listening but what can i do about it?

A: Sell him for 2k and only get 1.5k
B: Fire him and be down to 12 seniors which i'd prefer to avoid.
C: Keep him and no harm is done.

B. You can just play some youths if you want to rest some players. Cos I'm sure you would have some better youths than that guy
