is it possible to listen to an insterstate radio with a frequency based on living in that interstate city, but in a different state?

like for example, 891 ABC Adelaide have something on that i want to listen to, but i am here in Victoria, can i tune my radio to something equivelant, or to that exactly, and it will come up with ABC adelaide?
