Yehh did what u said so ive got:
Neutral - 1,3,6,8
Defensive - 2,4,9,10,11
Agressive - 5,7

I'd put everyone on defensive. All of them. Haha :p

why don't you just put everybody on agressive? worked for me last season :P

How do you prevent a middle order collapse in terms of aggressiveness and defensiveness?

More than likely, if on a crumbling or sticky, good to have 2 middle order batsman on Defensive to avoid a collapse (will help avoid). It won't be certain to stop it but will try to steady your batting if you start dropping wickets.

But once you are in the game, not much you can do about collapses :(.
