He's 19 and can take his dad's humour, what makes it funnier is he has three mates that could be Leonard,Howard and the indian guy (cant spell his name) i kid you not. Every time they walk through the door it's on haha.

What do people think of this idea? Make a Fanfooty premier league! We make say 4 leagues like English football and have a religation system. So if you finish top 2 in league 2, you go up into league 1( premier league ), and if you finish bottom 2 in league 1 ( premier leauge ), you go down into league 2, and so on....

i would be keen to join league 1,2,3 whatever.. i think FF need to really go for a highly ranked league to compete with leagues from tooserious and bigfooty..
   but instead of having a relegation system based on league rank (i.e. 15th,16th go down) it should be based on overall points.  for example you could be 9th overall in points ,but finish 15th in the league( that person shouldnt be relegated)

for the most competive ranked league FF needs players that are going for overall rather than league wins..

I agree, i also think the guys that make the leagues 1 and 2 will be going for Rank mostly anyway as that is more important to them than winning the GF i feel. The relegation using Rank By Total Points is definitely the best and fairest way to go about it.
It would be great to go to the League Rank Page and see one of these Leagues in the Top 20 flying the FF banner for us all.

Thanks mate. Got my goal of top 100. Love the idea of this tho, its the exact kind of league Ive been looking for. Have a competitive leagues and the others I usually blitz. Be good to be around people who usually do really well!

Yeah i think you will enjoy it, Dudge and i went into a few FF leagues this year and became hooked. The competition is excellent and the fact you have so many committed coaches in one league takes care of the Leagues Rank. Good Luck to you, id like to have ranked well enough to join you in there, had a poor year in 2011 maybe next year. League 1 looks pretty strong already mate.
I really hope you guys can get into that Top 20 and promote FF with the other big leagues, that would be great.

this is a great debate, my 1st year in d/t, i finished top, with 14/1 regular  season got smashed in g/f ( simply because opposition were scoring 1400- 1600 hds ) Second year ranked 107 (no idea how ) , and won nearly every thing. Third year started to worry about rankings, finished 5th ii n league, overall  3815l( mind you this was a money league grrr) This year finshed 4th after g/f yet top of our rankings. The way look at it is , some people  enjoy rankings, some people enjoy g/fs

yeh true Dudge but i think the better coaches rate ranking higher than GF's like yourself, youd rather rank well than win GF's. To each his own but ranking certainly is more important to me these days except when it comes to our moneyleague haha.

New entries have slowed up a bit which is to be expected, i'm sure once people start coming back for next year things will pick up dramatically entries wise. If you know people that would qualify get in their ear and let them know what we got going on here.

Higher ranking generally means highers average score which is going to equate to more wins. However last round panic means anyone can win really. This is looking great. Will have many strong leagues together of coaches who know what they are doing!
