So in recent news we have had bounties and Peyton Manning cut. The Manning move was expected since they are likely to draft Luck

Grazz

Saw the press interview he was gutted to be leaving.  :(

Go the Giants,

Redskins have reportedly sold the farm for the number 2 pick (More than likely RG3). 3 1sts and a second

wayyyyyyy tooo much but thats what the skins do

Mat0369

Skins FO is notorious for making terrible moves in the offseason. Normally it has been through FA.

To add to the notoble cuts in Indy, add Dallas Clark, Joseph Addai, Gary Brackett, Melvin Bullitt and Painter (not so notable). I think whoever gets Manning will also wind up with Wayne and Clark.

Manning signs with the Broncos. Tebow now on the trade block. Miami or the Jags likely to be the landing spot if he is traded.

i really thought he would go to the 9ers...

The 49'ers were certainly the closest team to a SB out of all the contenders. I would have had Denver 3rd in line out of the 9'ers, Titans and Denver. 9er's have Davis, Crabtree and Moss to throw the ball to and Gore in the backfield. Add in there D and it looked like the best option. Titans have some good WR'ers, a solid Oline and CJ2K.

Maybe Peyton is looking forward to running the no huddle at mile high? They are going to wear teams down very quickly and will win the majority if not all of there home games with Manning running that offense up there.

9ers had the weakest division too... agree i thought they were 3rd in line

Denvers division is also pretty crappy. Chargers keep finding ways to lose, Chiefs have their own offensive problems, Raiders are the Raiders. I agree the NFC west is the weakest division in the NFC and he could have probably beat up on them just as easily. I think the fact that Denver plays at high altitude convinced Manning to move there. It is the perfect place to run his offense and maybe it is the best place for him to recover from his injury.

After spygate and Belichick not receiving a suspension that is harsh on Payton. Spagnuolo likely to take over the head coaching role for the season since he is the one with experience.

So much for Tebowmania. It is not a bad trade for the Jets. They have question marks over Sanchez, they don't give up much and get a guy who has won games in the NFL. I think Tebow is a terrible QB but for what they gave up for him to start on the bench and learn, while trying to fix that throwing action, they basically traded their project picks for a project player. Philly offered up a 5th, so did the Browns, I think the Jags and Jets were the only two to offer up a 4th.

Sorry Mat but the bounty system was to cause hut to others. It can't be compared to spygate in the least.

Mat0369

What the Patriots did was pure cheating. They won 3 SB's in the time and I am still dirty on it. How many have they won since spygate? Bounties have been a part of the NFL since the beginning. Like it or not they have existed throughout time. Now the NFL is trying to clean up the image of the game they are trying to make an example of the Saints. I think it is fair enough to suspend Williams since he is the one who implemented the system. For Belichick not to get a suspension and Payton to get a year, it screams of double standards especially if Payton is telling the truth in the fact he knew nothing of it (which I don't believe).
