ROK or NRoo? and Rockcliff vs judd vs NDS vs Mitchell??

Ok so i got two trades... im tossing up between ROK and Nroo in the fwd line (opponent has both so trying to minimise their impact)

and i have a spare spot in the Mid for the Hodge upgrade... Opponent has Judd and NDS I need to pick one to match up against my POD is Boyd.

So im tossing up between Rockcliff/Mitchell/NDS/Judd (do i minimise their impact in a big name game or try pick a smokey with higher potential???)

What are your thoughts??
