Which one to bench out of Scarlett, Stanley and Adcock

As the title suggests need to start 2 of these three defenders and bench the other. Need to get maximum from my defence (others are Goddard, Delidio, Gibbs, Fisher, Bock) in an attempt to offset do nut in forward line. At the moment leaning towards benching Adcock but open to suggestions.

Hard to say really.
Scarlett manages to either get a high score or a low one but is normally effective so gets a score boost.
Stanley might score high due to a depleted Hawthorn and has done well this year.
Adcock similar to Scarlett but hard to tell if he will be effective enough to get more points over the dream team score.
