Hi all,

Managed to keep 1 trade for the grand final after using 2 last week to get me there.

With the knowledge of Fyfe out I am definitely using the last trade to bring in a new forward.

Current Fwds:
Fyfe, Goodes, S.Johnson, O'Keefe, Franklin, N.Riewoldt, Didak (Mzungu(E), Prestia, Harper)

With Krakouer and Callinan in the mids as mid/fwds.

Have $46,500 so can afford any forward with the Fyfe trade bringing me up to $404,000.

Who to get? Cloke, Chappy, Leon? or even Higg.....I can even say his name.. Rioli? Harvey?

Where are the forward options?

PowerBug

Gray , Cloke , Higgo or Rioli should he play. Not in any order.

Have ROK but before last week my choice was gonna be Rioli this week all the way, now I'm not so sure

Grazz

Cloke or Rioli (If he plays) or Chappy, it would be out of those three for me.

I think for me it comes down to whether your team looks better than your opponents. If you look good for the win, then be conservative and pick up the player your opponent has. But if you feel your at a disadvantage than take a risk and go with Gray. His form is good and plays Melbourne, who he scored 105 on earlier this year.

Romulus

True bestguykai. In my main league I am definitely the favourite, my biggest competition just got knocked out last week due to having 3 carlton premiums.
So here are our forward lines.

Me: Fyfe, Goodes, S.Johnson, O'Keefe, Franklin, N.Riewoldt, Didak (Mzungu(E), Prestia, Harper)

Him: Goodes, Chapman, O'Keefe, Franklin, N.Riewoldt, Mzungu, Smith (Fyfe, Lynch, Richardson)

Based on that Chapman looks the go'er

Windigo

I'd rather Cloke over Chapman.

Clokes form against Geelong isn't great. Could be very risky.

BGK

Looking at both your forward lines Chapman would be the obvious choice. It's tough. Do you know if he has any trades left?

Grazz

Good advice from Bestguykai there. Chappy does look the go, not much between him and Cloke last time they played
Chappy 83 and Cloke 74. I agree with Windigo that Cloke probably has the higher scoring potential between the two but
agianst Geelong i cant really see him going to big. Tagging your opponent would alleviate the stress of trying to decide
which one by going Chappy if your confident across the ground your good enough to beat him.

Romulus

I'm confident he has no trades left. Really it looks like I should walk away with an easy win regardless of who I trade in but still would like to finish the season on a high.

Windigo

If you opt with Cloke, he could be your POD with your opponent. Of course it's a double edged sword. He could lose it for you, but then again....Chappy has put in a few more 70-80 scores than Cloke throughout the season.

But Cloke has had a few downers. But I have more confidence in Cloke to smash a ton than Chappy Vs a tough pies outfit.

Tough choice dude.

Cant argue with that philosophy at all, and yes i agree he has a tough choice.

Romulus

Alrighty cheers for all the advice guys and/or gals.

Based on the team selections it looks like I will be going Fyfe to Cloke as my main league looks like an easy win now with a donut in his forward line (and one in his mids) and the 3 other GF's I'm in all have Cloke.

Now it's gonna be (after friday 5pm of course)

Me: Cloke, Goodes, S.Johnson, O'Keefe, Mzungu, N.Riewoldt, Didak (Krakouer(E), Franklin, Harper)

Him: Goodes, Chapman, O'Keefe, N.Riewoldt, Mzungu, Smith, Lynch(Donut) (Fyfe, Franklin, Richardson)

There is the dilemma of starting 2 of either Didak, Krak, Mzungu or even Prestia though.
