Luke have enjoyed watching you for your whole career and you are a credit both on and off the field.  Sorry to see you depart in these circumstances and best of luck at GWS. Could not the Lions have found a coaching role for him given that Assistant coaches are leaving, (Would probably have been a good replacement for Adrian Fletcher)

yeah i don't think that he will stay with us but i am not sure if it will be GWS that he goes to, we are going to really struggle next year unless we get we pick well in the draft  :-\

HUGE shame with how Power bowed out. I would have thought he deserved a fairwell game given how much he has given the Brisbane Lions Footbal Club. True champions of the game shouldn't be pushed out the back door like I feel has happened here!

he could of chosen to have a fairwell game though as he was able to play through to the end of the year but he only announced his retirement and hour before the game and he said that he wanted his last match to be at the gabba so they couldnt really give him a fairwell game the way he did it  :(
