Downgrade for cash now or wait?

I am holding trades until finals and will cop donuts if necessary to do so since I am now locked away with the 4 worst teams in our league to come (sitting 4th).  I have only 4 trades (horrific run with injuries ... 21 so far although everyone has so I cant complain) and 150k left.  Of my 4 trades, I have decided that I can only afford to have 1 downgrade for cash.  It will obviously be one of Rich or Coughlan (almost def cough) as they are the most $s I have on my bench.  What I can not decide is whether I should risk doing it now so as to take advantage of Liam Anthony while he is still at his starting price.  Of course I could always trade down to any random midfielder who isnt playing and will therefore still get the same cash if I wait ... but I doubt there will happen to be a young star debuting when I want to make the downgrade.  I have mini-swan on bench, but I am not sure whether he will be a week in week out player. 

Pros: Get good bench cover
Will almost definitely do it anyway and coughlan is not going to go up (i assume he is done for year?)
Will mean that I can do 2 upgrades in one week come finals if need be rather than having to do a downgrade for cash and only 1 upgrade.

Cons: What if I get 4 injuries in week before finals?
What if coughlan does come back and make more money?
Will I even use Anthony?

I would prefer to have 1 upgrade and 3 sideways to cover donuts than 3 upgrades and cop a donut I think.  I am tending toward just waiting but am very unsure.

So as to give it some context, my team is:
Gilbert, Gilbee, Mackie, Harding, Grimes, Broughton, Drummond (Hill, Raines)
Ablett, Swan, Murphy, Judd, Hasleby, Rich (Coughlan, Beams)
Fraser, Kreuzer (Jacobs, Meesen)
Stevie J, JB, Pav, Higgins, Lovett, Franklin, Skipworth (Mitch Brown, Hentschell)

4 trades, 150k

Plan is to do coughlan (or rich - whoever is not playing) for a rookie leaving me ~360k for 3 upgrades.  Obvious upgrades seem to be rich, skippy and lance.

To trade down for cash now or wait?

Any comments would be very much appreciated.  I am so undecided.  Serious bragging rights amongst my mates up for grabs lol

Thoughts on who I should think of upgrading would also be great.

Wow what an epic read for one trade. I am trading Otten to Anthony this week. Will give me $450k in the bank

Anthony may be my trade down for cash at finals if he makes good money, Danger cover in Mid, which leaves Broughton bench cover down back and not a trade down target.

I am still to upgrade to GAJ and two forwards in Warren, Skippy or Franklin

Too long a story for me! But with 4 trades, unless a player will miss the rest of the year, hold until finals....

Looking at your team I would probably look at Rich to Penndles in a week or two when he bottoms then your mid is set pending LTI's.

I dont see much value in Anthony in your case unless as bench cover but you have Beams. In my case I dont consider Otten a keeper thus he goes for Anthony then Anthony goes for GAJ at finals.

You can still trade Beams, Hill or Brown at finals time for cash

Yeah true.  Thanks.  I think you're right.  Its not really worth it is it.  Prob worth waiting.

As for pendles, sounds good, but I might as well use coughlan since they are worth the same and keep rich on bench dont you think?
