What trade, or no trade at all

In 3 Prelims this week and need to think about my final trade.

Four options:
- Trade Puopolo in my BL to either Birchall or Broughton
- Trade Sylvia in my mids to Shiels or Chappy
- Trade Sylvia in my Fwd to Cloke or Davis (or Chappy)
- No trade and roll the dice for next week

What's everyone's thoughts?????

Should win one match without a trade but in the other my team is very similar to my opponent’s with one or two weakness’' as they stand.
