double upgrade? good choices?

okay so need to trade lower and sylvia out

was thinking a lower->birchall to match my opponents defence (birchall is the only premium def of his i dont have)
this also will allow me to have 7 premium defenders in round 24 when heppel has his bye

then a sylvia->lecras trade
lecca would be a good point of difference in my league as no one else remaining has him, and has 2 relatively easy games to go

i dont as such like the idea of cloke as he has to play on mcpharlin this week who has been smashing everyone this year, and then has geelong in the gf

any other options?

this would leave me with 70k for a final round trade
