Which two trades?

Hey guys,

Just throwing some ideas around for this week.
Have 3 trades & $70K.

Was thinking Pav to Davis (Rioli maybe) then Judd to Mitchell (or Selwood).
Any suggestions? Am I on the right track. Of course will have to see who else will be rested.
Would leave me 1 trade for GF. My opposition this week will lose Gibbs, Scotland, Murphy & Pav. He has Chappy to replace Murphy.
Or I use Mzungu for Judd and just make the Davis trade only leaving two for next week.??

B: Fisher, Goddard, Lids, Murphy, Suckling, Enright, Heppell (GIBBS, Howard, Buckley)
M: Ablett, Pendles, Swan, Hodge, Cross, JUDD (Bewick, Jacobs, Krak)
R: Sandi, Cox (?) (Lobbe, Tippett)
F: Buddy, N.Roo, Rok, Goodes, Fyfe, PAV, J.Roo (Mzungu, Talia, Siposs)

If it was me, would trade Pav > Davis/Johnson.

Would also play Krak in mids as cover for Judd, and Mzungu in the forwards over J.Roo.

I would only do the one trade Pav to Davis or Harvey and then wait for teams to be announced to see if another trade is required due to GS.
Switch Krak and Mzungu as cover for Judd (Judd may be gold in GF playing Saints).

If Cox rested you have cover with Lobbe

Then assess final 2 trades for finals If extra cash needed for finals Buckley to Tutt will free up around $190k to allow a decent upgrade next week.

I agree with keeping Judd and starting Mzungu.

Would be tempted to go for a mix of Cross > S. Thompson (gain maybe an extra 30ppg) & Pavlich > cloke.

IMO use the 2 trades.  Quite some possibility if you go

Pav > Harvey
Cross > Hello new Premium mid (beams/daisy thomas/boyd/etc...)

beams/daisy thomas could go massive.

and start Mzungu for 1 round

Yeah sounds good but maybe too many Pies against Cats last rd.
Looked at getting rid of Judd purely because of his poor record at Etihad and the Saints.

imo, gotta back Juddy, your more likely to lose points from Cross in r24.  having a carlton player like juddy is basically a POD as most would have gotten rid of them.

The late bye will do him a hell of good.

He simply had 1 bad game, you can't deny his current form.  Has the 5th highest 10 round average for a MID, behind NDS, Pendles, Swan & GAJ.

All you need to do is survive 1 round of Mzungu in r23, who will probably score the same as Cross anyway.
