Who would be some cheap pick ups for the 2012 season if they manage to get their form back to their best????
Theres a few like Alan Didak, Nick Riewoldt, Daniel Cross, etc. who are currently cheap due to their poor seasons but they all have the ability to average over 100 as they have done in other seasons. Which other quality players do you think will be cheap??? :D

Angry much?
Players who miss lots of games start next year with a concession to their price.  He may cost more than 400k but given how he has gone this year, he may still be worth it.

Not sure if Mundy has missed enough games to warrant a discount. Reluctant to get him with Barlow back as he will steal some points off Mundy. Will probably go Fyfe and Barlow from Freo next year.

North Melbournes Finest

Didak/Grimes/Porpose/Mcintosh/Sylvia (Hopefully he goes to a new club)/John Brown/Jack Ziebell (Will have a great SC year I think)/Lake

nah he won't get a discount.  he will be priced based on his average.

at this rate it could finish on about 100 to 105..  he is capable of averaging 110+, so he will be still under priced in 2012

with judd, murphy, selwood, gaj, pendlebury, swan, dale thomas and a bunch of others some big decisions need to be made.

i rate mundy highly.

Eager beavers arent they?  When the season ends, ill head off to Arizona for some altitude work and take a look at things when the NAB cup starts next year.  There is addiction then there's addiction.

I see your point with Mundy and if Barlow wasn't there I would consider him a little stronger..

With Barlow, say he scores 105 next two rounds, he will average around 92 for the year with his 69 and 21 factored in. He should get a 10% discount or thereabouts. You are then getting a guy who should average 105-110 for someone averaging 83 or thereabouts....

I am not saying Mundy is a bad choice, I think he is a very good choice. I just think relatively speaking Barlow is better value.

imo, you can make a strong case for both Mundy and Barlow.  I think people have forgotten how strong Mundy started before he did his leg.  He was easily top 7.

Again its too early to say, a lot will be dependent on preseason, and how they work out these prices.
