AFL trade game - GWS included

im looking to start up a trade game.

GWS will be able to poach players, they will be given draft picks 1 through to 40 and will be able to poach a maximum of 2 players from each team. They do not have to poach a player from each team but there will have to be a minimum of 12 deals to go through.

Draft picks 1 - 40 will be used for player signings

eg. Gary Ablett --> GWS
GCS <-- Pick 1

The coachs of the other teams are allowed to protect 3 players from signing with GWS but thats it, GWS coach will have to offer there draft picks around for players to sign with them.

The last three AFL teams not to receive a coach will be out, and all of the players will go into the draft. Approx 120 players and each club receives 3 draft picks, (1st round, 2nd round, 3rd round) and the picks will be judged on the final AFL ladder after round 24.

Or is it just GWS trading with us?
And can GWS snipe anyone thats not protected?

you can all trade with each other just as usual.

GWS can snipe anyone that isnt protected, but you will need to offer a draft pick for the player, so GWS have to trade the same as every other club BUT they dont have any players they only have the draft picks to use.

Note: Players can be traded for more than one pick.

I get picks 1 to 40? And if I have leftover picks, they get used to draft players from the leftover 3 teams?

correct so you dont have to trade pick 1 if you don't want to but im sure people will want it hahaha.

EDIT: ^^ thats an example, your allowed to keep as many picks as you like.
