For the lucky ones who still have a trade or 2 to burn, and in a must win finals game. You surely don't want a first year player running onto the ground. So above are some of the players I'm looking at picking up ($73,300 in the bank) for Pav who has done some sort of injury and most likely wont be rushed back, even more hurtful is if Sylvia gets a 1 match ban which could leave teams  with a costly doughnut.

i think he will. Had the chance to tackle, bumped and got him in the head with arm/shoulder area. My guess 1 - 2 weeks (i don't think the richmond player was injured, but not sure). Carry over points could also be an issue if he has any.

I have all 4 of the people you are looking at and TBH i cant make a case for one over the others.

THey all have risks as well as positives. In terms of reliability I would pick Okeefe. He should still score well maybe not the highest, but he is no chance of being rested in rnd 24 like Rioli, doesnt have to play Geelong in rnd 24 like Cloke and isnt the main focus of the opposition now Pav is out like Fyfe!

Is Picken from Western bulldogs likely to tag rioli this week ? or will he go to hodge, mitchell.

boomer will have a terrible game this week, past games against saints he just cant get into the game.
Sylvia most likely to be out for rest of the season with his bad record and the contact he made.
O'Keefe could be a handy pick up although he plays the cats at skilled this week.. and it's a must win game.

I would go for Fyfe. No Pav so more points for him, and don't see Freo resting him...

Rioli has a terrific record versus the bulldogs and then he plays gold coast.  Whats not to like?

harvey doesn't play that bad against st kilda. gets about 90-100 except for that 11 last yr.

if choosing from your list it would be fyfe or rioli. fyfe if your scared of rioli having a rest and need the mpp or rioli as his in a better team and playing gc next week.

i personally might be going fyfe/harvey as i need the mpp.
