Guys, who would you trade in out of Adcock abd Grundy? Both average about the same, both cost about the same. I'm going for the one with more upside. Adcock going up against Collingwood this weekend so I'm leaning towards Grundy...
Thoughts...?

J Pot

I guess Johncock is an option too...?

charliesheen

Would take johncock personally, whats your budget?

J Pot

Maybe Grundy because he's the only one without "cock" in his name...?

J Pot

I have $377900 to spend. Supercoach dollars that is...

Jason Gram is another option with MID/CTR MPP, and huge smokie.  S. Martin form has dropped a fair bit, so not sure I want to go near him, even though he has a nice schedule.

you just miss out on Birchall/Suckling harsh.

J Pot

Yeah I know. Annoying. Gram is a smokie, but don't think I'm overly keen on him.

By the way, the guy I'm up against has Adcock, so I'd prefer one of the other guys...

Hope this helps.  Note the best option, does not necessarily correlate to the most expensive option.

Last 5 weeks:

Gram: 88, 91, 100, 87, 91 (91.40) <-- most consistent out of lot
Johncock:  50, 56, 103, 85, 83 (75.40) <-- did his back not long ago, and has improved under Bickley.  semi-decent schedule.
Hurn:  46, 83, 85, 57, 94 (73.00) <-- favorable schedule, but does not get enough cheap ball
Adcock: 66, 83, 102, bye, 108, 62  (84.20) <-- starts well, then fades after half time.
Martin: 126, 96, 44, 48, 68 (76.40) <-- has had Geelong & Carlton recently, so scores took a hit.  favorable schedule
Grundy: 87, 81, 104, 62, 93 (85.40) <-- scoring ceiling is somewhat lacking.

if your in an elimination right now, take Johncock, who scored 115 last time against the GCS.

has richmond next, then WCE where he scored 131 SC in round 12, because they don't tag backs and rely on the press.

Fantastic work mate! That's a big help. I think I'll rule out Martin. Did consider Hurn for a while, but he's the 100 point one week, 50 the nest player I'm trying to avoid. Will have to consider Gram for sure. Good consistancy.

I'm in 4 leagues, but in an elimination final in one of them. However, that league was a $50 buy in, so I really need to win this week to stay in the hunt for money...
