Travis Cloke

I am seriously considering picking up Cloke this week and putting the big (C) on him.. Have 1 trade left and am looking for a player that could possibly crack the double century this week to get me over the line.. Am I being crazy thinking this?
Who can stop him at the Lions? Collingwood have nothing to play for this week, they will destroy the lions, maybe Clokes' team mates will assist him in catching Buddy in the Coleman race.. Thoughts?

Since I've picked him up, I've been waiting for a big score from Cloke.

Its risky putting the captaincy on him considering there are two great options already in Swan and Ablett.

Not sure you will gain a lot from going Cloke TBH, not the best week to go unique.

Great mark of the ball but he's no Buddy Franklin.  Pick up Leon Davis if you need a fwd and captain a midfielder.  Dawes may be back this week. (I think) Might mean he gets less ball his way.

statistically he was doing better with Dawes in the team.  Though small sample size to work with.

Guess it means he is not double and tripled teamed as much with Dawes there.  Cloak is a definite lynch pin of their team but in SC terms, he is what you'd call a fairly good key position fwd.

Leon Neon is ok for a 120 score around there.. I'm just thinking if Cloke has a good day (7+ goals) he could rip up a big 180+ score.. Sort of score that can win you a game if you have him as capt..
Got a few days to work out what I am going to do, also have 1 hole in my backline, but there is no one I am confident with to bring in, would rather play a jacobs/talia/howard type and pick up a player that will add considerably to my score..

Swan won't let that happen!  But if it does I'll be set up for finals !

I have him and have had him for a while so as much as I hope this happens I doubt it. He isn't the kind of player who explodes and kicks 7-10 goals in a game when he dominates he'll usually kick 5 and get up the ground a lot more for his contested marks and all the rest.
I'd go with Leon, considering him myself.

prob with getting cloke now is in rd 24 he comes up against the Cats.

he has never had a good game against them, harry taylor or scarlett will shut him down. could be good to get you to the GF, no good in it

Cloke was a bit of a fizzer, Leon was great. Cloke will bounce back but the game against the Cats
inour GF could see them both a little quiet.
