I was thinking of trading SJ to Boomer then trading Ottens to Goldstein...

Of course Geelong has the bye but the next 2 games they have are against Sydney and Collingwood..

And North have a run of St Kilda and Richmond in the Grand Final...

Please give advice

If you have him, Mzungu is actually not a bad option to be playing this week.  Wouldn't be surprised at all if he gets a role on Boomer Harvey.

Mark

Yeah that's who I have covering him at the moment...

tbh I would be inclined to back Mzungu.  would only bring in a premium if you thought they are going to go big.

If you can get Goldstein for Ottens and keep stevie J then go that way. (use mzungu as cover)  If you can't, then go the double trade as Goldstein is a gun and Boomer is generally pretty good. Ottens is a risk, given that on any week he may not pull up well and get rested.  Geelong are clearly nursing him towards finals.

Mark

Nah I'm 7000 short...

Do u think SJ will score big in those 2 games..Sydney and Collingwood ??

Mark

I could get Sam Jacobs... He got gold coast this week then Richmond and West Coast in Grand Final and keep SJ

Nic Nat could be an option if short on cash.  WCE will be nursing Dean Cox now that we know that he has broken ribs.

Very favourable schedule.

Steve J has Sydney at the Cattery and Collingwood to come home.  He is good for one good score so perhaps Rioli, Goldstein combo might yield the most points for you.

Broken ribs :( didn't know that...

I could go SJ to Rioli then Ottens to Goldstein ?

Think I better wait to Friday now 100% to make sure cox is playing...

cox will probably play through, he will probably just spend less time rucking.  broken ribs just means you have trouble breathing so less running generally.  can't do anything about it except wait for it to repair itself.

Eagle stars Dean Cox, Luke Shuey clear to face BombersSource: HUN website - 15 Aug 2011

WEST Coast ruckman Dean Cox has allayed fears of any ongoing problems with his hip or ribs, and also played down concerns surrounding the fitness of young midfielder Luke Shuey.

Cox struggled through the club's win against Richmond a fortnight ago following a heavy knock to the midriff but moved freely in Sunday's 48-point victory against Melbourne.

The four-time All-Australian said he pulled up well from the Demons clash and would be even fresher for Saturday's encounter with Essendon in Perth.

"They (the ribs) have been a little bit sore, obviously from the Richmond game (in Round 20). I spoke to the docs last week and they gave me the all-clear to play and I got through," Cox said today.

"I had done some tests in the main session on Thursday, so everything was fine. I pulled up better than I did last week, which is pleasing."

Shuey was substituted off in the last quarter against Melbourne and immediately applied ice to his hamstring, which was tight leading into the game.

But Cox said the 21-year-old had only been subbed off as a precaution and would be fit to face the Bombers.

"The risk is so great that if something does happen then you miss a chunk of footy," Cox said.

"He'll be fine and he'll play this week.

"He's a very damaging player for us and hopefully he can continue to be so for the last three games and finals."

West Coast skipper Darren Glass will return against Essendon after being given a week's rest, while vice-captain Beau Waters is a strong chance to resume after missing two matches with an elbow complaint.

The Eagles sit just half a game adrift of fourth-placed Carlton, who have played an extra match and take on high-flying Hawthorn in a Friday night blockbuster at Etihad Stadium.
