Nails

Powerbug $2.30 vs Nailers $1.60

Red Pig $2.10 vs Luigi $1.80

Who will win? :O Could be some tight games today! Will Red Pig and The Nailers remain undefeated for an epic show down next week or Can Luigi and PowerBug pull off wins to leave every team on 1 win vying for top spot?

0.4   W   Dorenagama to Stone : [catch] A loose delivery from Dorenagama pitched wide outside the off stump. Stone leans back and cuts hard, ending up with a feather touch and Taylor holds on well to a fairly hard chance.
D. Stone c E. Taylor b. D. Dorenagama 0 (4b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00

Yes...

Same time our match start last week Luigi... lol

It starts at whatever time matches start in the country of the Home player

In Bangladesh matches start at 2:00 FTP time.

PowerBug

Time we change the thread to Round 3.

Today we see the top of the table clash between Red Pig and The Nailers, played at Red Pig CG in about 70 minutes time.

The other game, starting at 5:30 FTP time, sees Luigi Industries take on the well below par side side of PowerBug CC. With this being the final match being played at "The Equilibrium" (As my Pav membership ends this week)

Thoughts on who'll take out the cookies (*chuckles*) today?

roo boys!

The Nailers and Luigi Industries to take home the chocolates.

Am taking a look at the league stats, i have 3 of the top 6 batsmen, with the other teams having 1 each. And i have 2 of the top six bowlers, with Red Pig and Nails having 2 each.

Leading the batting stats:
Vernon Waugh (RP - 125)
Dawn Budden (PB - 114)
Fionn Magee (LI - 98)
Leigh Livingston (PB - 93)
Rene Simon (N - 90)
Alfred Wallace (PB - 89)

Leading the bowling stats:
Peter Dick ( RP - 8 )
Asif Ud-Din ( N - 6 )
James Bailey ( RP - 6 )
Dharmaratna Dorenagama ( PB - 6 )
Komala Matma ( N - 6 )
Kashif Ameer ( PB - 4 )

Master Q

You've got 3 of the top 6 batsmen and 2 of the top 6 bowlers but you haven't won any games. This means you are pretty much relying on a couple of guys...

Nails

    End of over 7 (1 run) - Red Pig(17-3) RR 2.43
J. Ramadhin 0 (2b) , C. Stevens 2 (5b) , T. Texel 4-0-11-2

The Nailers are off to a comfortable start and look likely to be the only undefeated team after this round is complete...

Game on now. Lost Tonge in the first over but consolidated since.
BTW, on live updates Budden leads the overall batting as Waugh only scored two.

PowerBug

That is the 100 partnership (101 runs, 89b, 5x4, 0x6) SR:113.48
That is 50 runs for Budden (50 runs, 44b 2x4 0x6) SR:113.64
That is 50 runs for Wardlaw (50 runs, 64b 3x4 0x6) SR:78.12

But the big one is:
Extras: (b 8, lb 1, w 6, nb 2) 17.
It's only 19 overs in too.

PowerBug

Wicket!

Saunders to Wardlaw : [catch] Short down the leg side, it was close to the body. Wardlaw looks to pull, gets a glove to it, and it goes straight into the gloves of Lee, who takes it gleefully.
W. Wardlaw c B. Lee b. M. Saunders 54 (70b 4x4 0x6) SR:77.14

Good that he's taken one as his keeping has been pretty poor today.

PowerBug

I'm on a high. Budden is an absolute machine! Also there is an interesting football match on now.

PowerBug

I am sure i've read this correctly.
That is 100 runs for Budden (100 runs, 78b, 6x4, 1x6) SR:128.21
