Deledio or Green?

hey guys im trading out rich but want to spend the least money  i can possible for other upgrades, im torn between going  Deledio or Brad Green can someone help me choose which would go better or if theres a better option to get someone <$400k cheers  :D

Whats wrong with Rich. He plays in the middle. He scores above 75 every week, He's a permanent player in the side & brisbane will play finals, won't drop him for a younger player like maybe the other clubs are starting to do.
Can you be sure Deledio & green will see the year out. Rich will.
Trades are like gold in finals.

ok 2fat thanks ive taken that into account but just bcos iv seen the their BE's and its so tempting bcos its likely that neither or them will be this cheap again.. yes it could be likely that deledio may not play the year out with the new coach after dropping simmonds, bowden etc.
but im also just curious myself, deledio or green? and why

Green is better value, and more important in the team (in the coaches eyes and mine).

Sheer lunacy trading Rich for either of those two.  The Richmond and Melbourne footy clubs are in such a mess and their structures so wrong, that trading in players from either of those teams is frought with danger.
