just know that the guys that win the finals are not always the guys with the best teams. 

with 6 trades you can pull all sorts of tricks out the bag, especially during the round 23 carlton bye, where everyone is struggling if they don't have trades!.

i have had judd, NDS and pendles from day 1  8)
from 5 years experience in sc and every league i have been in the person who has finished top of ladder has never won the GF..
with your current team and trades up your sleeve you should go the distance..
but judd captain this week might hurt you.. he is my lock in  :D

Is not having either one of these guys in the midfield a fatal move?? Not having juddy has cost me two games this season, games that can no longer be lost going forward. But he either has 90 or 200... How can this be sustainable!

So... Hodge and Boyd vs NDS and Juddy... Much of a muchness??

Trades and money are not an issue...

for SC purposes Boyd is 2nd-3rd rate mid (I bought him mid-season now he's on the bench); Hodge seems to have a worse variance than Judd without the game-owning scores.
NDS is an underrated SC stud that seems to be weeding out the 'down' games; if there's any player who can do damage with 30 touches hit's NDS, closely followed by Pendles then daylight to everyone else for mine.

Is it worth trading Chapman/Gibbs/Judd to NDS to avoid the finals bye?

My m6 M7 are Cotchin and Jude Bolton thinking of upgrading one to NDS in 2 weeks when I work out best trades for finals.  has a high B/e this week so may drop in price.
