Trading Petrie this week due to the bye & i'm tossing up between Pavlich, ROK, Rioli & Grundy.
Let me know your thoughts.

If you have adequate cover for him I would keep. After bye plays Freo, St Kilda and Richmond all at Etihad. Richmond in the GF is juicy given he scored 149 against them in Round 5.

My cover is Brad "Captain Spud" Green with Richardson as an emergency so i could cover him & hope Green did something out of the ordinary like score over 50 but unfortunately i've missed the top 4 in all my leagues so i'm desperate for a win.

Who are your other forwards so we can look at all options for you. eg do you have Fyfe, Cloke . Also cash available.

Fyfe, Goodes, Johnson, Franklin, Cylvia, N.Roo, Green - Petrie, Richarson, J.Tippett
$23,700 k in the kitty & 3 trades left.

Cloke seems the only other viable option that i havent listed but i'm concerned he may get a sneaky rest before finals.

Do you have Mzungu in Mids. May pay you to upgrade Green to Mzungu if you do not have him or as a POD Kossie from St Kilda will score more than Green. Only require to play this week and keeps Petrie for you.

Yeah Mzungu is in the Mids & Kossie will never even get colse to being in my team & should never ever be considered by anybody ever!

OK Point taken maybe look at Quintin Lynch. West Coast with this draw coming home Melbourne, Essendon, Brisbane, Adelaide. Another possibility is Cam Mooney who has scored 98 and 124 in his 2 matches since returning from injury but means you have 2 to cover if you do not win first final.
Your choice but I would be doing whatever I can to retain Petrie as he will outscore Green over the finals.

I wouldn't drop Petrie... He's well worth the hold! Drop n roo if anything

Why would i drop N.Roo when he is playing this week & there isnt a viable single trade option for him with the cash i have?
Lynch & Mooney fall in to the same category as Kossie - Career SC Dud's
If i don't win the 1st final it doesn't matter what Petrie scores for the rest of them because i'm out!

Looks like Petrie it is and go with your gut who to. My preference in order Pav, Cloke, Rioli, ROK then Grundy.

My preference is Cloke/Davis, then Pav/Fyfe, then the rest.

In terms of best bang for your buck, probably Rioli considering the draw.
