PowerBug

Darren Glass, James Frawley, Drew Petrie , Nathan Fyfe (valk'll be happy) , Garlett, Betts, No Sub shown, Scott Thompson.

Just some names you might want to consider. I believe the team is too midfield orietated. Dane Swan is not the best LHF in the game.

McPharlin just edges out Glass for me.  Frawley hasnt been good enough, Petrie too up and down.  Walker has taken Garlett and Betts' spot.  Fyfe was stiff.  As was Thompson.

The reality is is that most years the team is midfield oriented, there have been plenty worse than what I have here.  Swan and Murphy can both kick goals.

2 large cokes

dustin fletcher out for sam fisher

swap swan to fyfe and choose 2 out of swan, selwood and daisy for the other 2 bench spots.

pretty spot on though for the rest I'm thinking.

Zarts

the question is, is petrie's up and down the result of north melbourne's poor performance every now and again, or is north melbourne's poor performance the result of petrie's form?

I've been convinced about Leon Davis. Took me a while, but yes, I think he will be All-Aus. Glass and Fisher over McPharlin and Gibson (McPharlin just misses out, Fisher HAS to get in).

Selwood has missed too many I think, I'd rather guys Thompson or Priddis to get in ahead of him. I'd have Griffen over Swan, and Pav over Fletcher.

Really don't think Walker deserves it, but think he will get it anyway.

Also, Ablett for VC over Mitchell.

Nice team though!

Usman

Deledio off a half back? surely am biased though

Go ossie. Priddis is a machine! Goodbye Dale Thomas, get someone who has hair and can play!

I say to that team maybe do a switchaJRoo to FF, Nat Fyfe to RFP, and Franklin to RHF. I don't like Neon Leon but he has had a great season.

Wonder if the All-Aus selectors will look at the top 4 or 5 teams as a basis for selection as they have before?

All-Aus chances by club:

Collingwood: Luke Ball, Travis Cloke, Leon Davis, Scott Pendlebury, Ben Reid, Dane Swan, Chris Tarrant, Dale Thomas
Geelong: Corey Enright, Steve Johnson, Brad Ottens, Matthew Scarlett, Joel Selwood, Harry Taylor
Hawthorn: Grant Birchall, Lance Franklin, Josh Gibson, Luke Hodge, Sam Mitchell, Cyril Rioli
Carlton: Eddie Betts, Jeff Garlett, Bryce Gibbs, Chris Judd, Marc Murphy, Heath Scotland, Andrew Walker, Chris Yarran
West Coast: Dean Cox, Andrew Embley, Darren Glass, Josh Kennedy, Matt Priddis

^have I missed anyone?? From that you could make this team:"

B: Davis, Tarrant, Scarlett
HB: Birchall, Reid, Scotland
C: Murphy, Mitchell, Swan
HF: Johnson, Cloke, Thomas
F: Ottens, Franklin, Walker
Foll: Cox, Pendlebury, Judd
Inter: Ball, Selwood, Taylor, Gibson, Hodge, Rioli, Betts, Garlett, Gibbs, Enright, Yarran, Embley, Glass, Kennedy, Priddis

... that is a pretty strong All-Aus team IMO.
