Who to Start?

Ok i am just getting started on my team for this weekend and i have major issues of who to start?
This is a great situation to have put i am confused who to start?

Defence- 2 out of 4
Jason Gram is playing Fremantle
Brady Rawlings is playing Hawthorn
Dyson Heppell is playing Sydney
Graham Johncock is playing Brisbane

Forward- 1 out of 3
Jarad Brennan is playing Geelong
Chris Knights is playing Brisbane
Jack Riewalt is playing West Coast

With MPP i can play 2 forwards so if they are tied between who to pick...

Main one i am iffy about is sylvia, can he bounce back???

Backs Adcock, Stanley, Lower, Puopolo which 2 there as well if you can

Riewoldt is fresh, as for Sylvia well he's not been the best but worst case he's probably going to score
in the very similar ballpark as the rookies.

For the backs, I'd go with Adcock and Lower (maybe Stanley)
Normally I'd say Stanley but he's playing at the cattery and we saw what happened last week..

some things to consider...
I Smith has North Melbourne and he has been scoring pretty good (90 last week.)
Sylvia still got 72 against the cats, which is pretty good considering how dominant the cats were. The blues this week might keep him quiet though.
Assuming Its Nick Riewoldt, they have Freo, and if Silvangi plays on him and as well as he did on franklin, Riewoldt may be kept quiet.
Hopefully these help you some how.
