RUSSIAN roulette with PETRIE...

Is PETRIE a better Ruck option this week than JAMAR? Donâ€™t like the idea of him (Petrie) sitting on the pine in my forward line after his dominance last week....AND...should I make these TRADES:

SMITH.I â€" TALIA
KRAKOUER â€" SWAN

9 trades left and $300 in the bank (sitting 282 overall but looking at league wins)

Def: Enright, Gibbs, Deledio, Newman, Fisher, Goddard, Lower (Puopolo, Nicholson, Jacobs)
Mid: Ablett, Boyd, Judd, Pendlebury, Priddis, Krakouer (Buckley, Mzungu, Irons)
Ruck: Cox, Petrie (Jamar, McCauley)
For: Goodes, Oâ€™Keefe, Riewoldt. N, Chapman, Pavlich, Franklin, Rioli (Smith.I, Richardson, Tippett)

That's a nice position to be in!

think I'd be more inclined to bench Roo for Petrie

Considering Talia too (but as a back) but I don't know much about him...

Jamar vs Hawks with no ruck, or Petrie vs Lions with Maguire. Both could score massive.

Is Tippet in your fwd line Joel or Kurt? If Joel I'd be tempted to switch Joel and Petrie, play Jamar in Ruck and then bench one of your other fwds such as NRoo

Switch Pavlich with krakour, then switch Petrie with Tippet.
Bench Krak and field Petrie.
Hold off on the Swan trade.
Nice trade bank makes things easier.

Top Team and good position with 9 trades.
Trades look good as well. May have considered Pup to Talia but not much difference with Smith.
Would do the Krak upgrade as well - Swan has a B/e of 93 so will undoubtedly achieve that against GC.
Petrie has the potential to score big against Brisbane this week as per other threads but then Jamar will be rucking against Bailey so he has potential to score well. Go with gut feeling and I would be even tempted to play Jamar in ruck and play Petrie forward benching N Roo.

Before making a trade, I would put Petrie Forward Line, Jamar in Ruck.
N Roo Bench

Then I like your trades, do them. Swanny in.

Would look next week at downgrading Buckley and Upgrading Puop in your backline. Birchal/Suckling.

5 Trades left, cover on every line.

Still 1,000 off the leader, didn't think it was reachable looking at the top teams squads...will need to get closer to seriously consider it. There's some good cash in the league I'm concentrating on...obviously not 55k though!

Am contemplating Riewoldt to the bench...but who will go with him (Rutten?) and stop him from dominating, surely he's due?

Jamar hasn't been convincing that is why I was looking at swinging Petrie in and benching him.

I guess it comes down to RIEWOLDT v Adelaide or JAMAR v Hawthorn?

Will most likely trade. SMITH high BE, SWAN BE easily reachable/possibly smashed especially against the suns and TALIA on the bubble (not alot of other decent options on the horizon)...time to trade!
