Should Barry Hall retire?

After seeing Paul Roos obviously fed up with Big Bad, what do you think Barry Hall should do?

Is boxing a better option right now?

Perhaps I read into things too much, but the timing of Barry's bad behaviour is not only bad for the Swans but it does the game no favours in terms of the AFL trying to increase its market share in Sydney ( with the new West Sydney side coming in ).
The potential departure of Hall is the beginning of the Swans bottoming out and the beginning of deteriorating crowds at Swans games when they are trying to introduce a new franchise. Bad result.
I feel that a fit and firing Barry Hall still has plenty to offer over the next two years and this would be a more desirable result for both the Swans and the AFL.

1.Boxing
2.Retire from SPORT
3.Rehab (then another club)

When Sydney were challenging for flags, Hall was on all of the ads in Sydney and was the major player involved in all marketing campaigns. His downwards spiral couldn't have come at a worse time.

He could go to St Kilda. Do the opposite to Lockett. Word coming out of Adelaide is that Rutten reckons he's a big fat shiela that should retire. Reckons he cant do it anymore. Reckons Bad Bazza was beaten when he lined up on him before the first bounce.  :D ;D

You mean back to StKilda, doubt theyed take him back and from the papers seems no one is willing, think he needs to just retire

If I were the Doggies I'd throw him a 12 month, performance based contract if he gets the arse at Sydney.
With no other teams likely to consider him, you could get him cheaply and talior his contract to mutually benefit player and club.
It's a key position issue that the dogs have had for years and don't look to have any short term solution to.
They recruited Scott Welsh to fill that roll, hasn't really worked out I don't think. Jarrad Grant, Jordan Roughead and Ayce Cordy are still developing and will benefit another year of development while Hall fills a gap.

Scott Welsh was only a fringe player at the crows (my opinion). If that is true then i reckon the selection panel got that one wrong. Bazza to the dogs (performance based) definately sounds interesting. A fit Hall would fit nicely there. But is there something wrong with him, It's not hard to "not punch someone" is it.

Interesting that Doggies are reported to be ready to talk with BigBad. Is the old rumour growing some legs? Reported on ABC radio this afternoon.

He'd have to change his pedigree though - from Boxer to Bulldog!

BBBBBBBBBBBBBBB Hall would be a good fit down at Doggie land.
They already have plenty of running players with good goal awareness and Bazza would add a different dimension for sure. He might not get so showerty with it with others helping out around the six pointers.
Then again it is Box head Barry so who knows.
