Barton has been chucked on the transfer list by Newcastle. Wonder where he is going to end up? Will this help or hinder his scoring potential or will he even be in the league at all? Luigi how do you feel about this considering you drafted him in?

Ok I was tossing up between 2 player from Newcastle for this pick. Still haven't really made my mind up, but I know I never will. I am going to pick Yohan Cabaye.

I am picking him over undrafted because with Barton now being placed on the TL I think it means he should be almost guaranteed a starting position...

That's the issue, it is a risk and he's not getting any younger, but happy to take a punt. Gerrard is out until early September with a groin infection, so hopefully Barry can have a good start!

Damn, it was either Cabaye or Barton.
Barton is good however, and I still can hope that he moves to a EPL team that will play him. But i don't want him to move as the entry of Cabaye should help his scoring (but will still remain in the team).

I think I went well with those two defenders?
