If you're going for a different route then you shouldn't need to ask for advise ;)
Only asking for whether players are going to get game time as i'm not the biggest soccer fan. But i don't ask about Fantasy scoring relevance.

elephants

Baines and Taraabt

Or

Enrique and Charlie Adam

Thanks.

Optima

I wouldn't go Baines or Adam at all tbh.  Baines would need a massive season to constitute his huge price tag, and I don't think Adam will be a starter at Liverpool.  Much better options out there, and options that are much cheaper which you can then use the extra points to strengthen in other places.

MTTY

Team at the moment is

4-5-1

Given(Foster)

Cahill, Terry, Huth, Hughes(Caulker)

Nani, Silva(C), M.Petrov, N'Zogbia, Malouda(VC)

Carroll(Martin & Beattie)

Carroll should play until Suarez is back, which when that happens i will make the trade to switch them.
Will bring VDV back in for one of Nani, Malouda or Silva soonish.
Baines possibly back in for Terry soon also.

Thoughts?

CrowsFan

Looks pretty good MTTY :)
Only concern would Martin Petrov. For that price I would prefer someone like Chris Eagles (5.5) or Gabby Obertan (5.0)

Only reason i have Petrov is due to his pre-season form (assist wise) has been insane.

Ah ok, well if you have your reasons then stick to them, don't let me talk you out of it ;)

Cheers, should be a bit of a unique for me.

Chelskiman

Always good to go for a unique, and it might very well pay off, but I'm with CrowsFan on this one.  I personally didn't look at him, and Bolton aren't the best of teams scoring wise, so I don't think he will have a terribly good year.  You never know though.

Sully

Interested in your thoughts:
GK: Given (Begovic)
Def: Evra, Kompany, Hughes (Brown, Caulker)
Mid: Yaya Toure (vc), Nani (c), Silva, Taarabt (Moses)
Fwd: Bent, Zamora, Rodellaga

Cheers

MTTY

Ok i think i have locked in my final team

4-5-1

Bench: Vorm, Beattie, Caulker, C.Martin

Any suggestions?

Evra is under an injury cloud Sully, Zamora is an iffy sort of pick i think, aside from that looks pretty good.

Looks like a strong squad to me

I prefer a 3-4-3 formation but with your squad 4-5-1 is def the right move

Cheers although my forwards lack depth, i see this season as not having some bargain 4.5 forwards.

Thanks MTTY - seems a number of decent defenders are in doubt which makes it tricky
