With the season nearly over I think it's about time we look back at the missed opportunities at the start.

In hindsight who should have you got AND not got?

Should have got Shiels, S.Martin, McKenzie (GC) Suckling. Can't be stuffed thinking of others...But I should not have got Richo!

Also, Cloke would've been great from the start. ::)

Who else? :o

I think if I picked my team again, I definately would have gotten Fyfe, Birchall, Sam Fisher, Goldstein and Priddis.(and the ones you said too)
The ones I never should have picked would be Didak, Chris Knights and at times Jack Riewoldt because apart from the odd game here and there, they did eff all for me.

I should not have got Cam Bruce, David Mundy the week before he got injured and i shouldnt of jumped on Didak at his low tempting price.
Trent Cotchin was a good pickup for me.

Should of got: Martin, Liberatore, Curnow, Fyfe, Fisher, Birchall, Murphy, Lower

Shouldnt of got: Higgins, Dangerfield, Ellard, Gilbert, Matera, Atley, Batchelor, Otten, Thompson, Richardson, Lynch

If I had my time again I would have got Redden & Thomas instead of Swallow & Boak at the start. Oh well.

Maybe taking a gamble on gamble, and even Bartel, although i only would've had Jelwood instead, so not a huge diff there.

Should've - Fyfe, Martin, Shiels, Suckling, Goldstein.

Shouldn't - Adcock, Palmer, Yarran, Dixon (!), Richo, Roo and then later on - Shaw.

Next year I'm really gunna try & get me a whole lotta uniques. Mid-pricers the lot.

Imagine if you had Fyfe, Shiels etc from the start. I think mid pricers is where it's at. You can find some gems I'm sure of it.

I made an insane mid pricer team for under 6.4 mil salary cap in my dt book a few days ago... then I misplaced my dt book *cries*

It's the way to go. You get good rookies & stock up good mid-pricers that will definitely up the average. Such as Nic-Nat, S.Selwood....Well I have a few that I've liked the look of this year. And then with all the cash left over. Buy the ultra premos. Swan, Pendles, Boyd.

adcock over suckling hurt me...especially as I was hot to trot on suckling in SC...but didn;t have the faith in DT..

wish I had taken Ablett too instead of Mundy

and last - probably wish I had jumped on Fyfe earlier

otherwise - I can live with myself... :)
