struggled in the past, please help

I have struggled in DT in the past (not agressive enough from the start) and would appreciate some feedback.  I have tried to go for a balanced team. $41,300 in the bank.

Back: Hodge, Embly, Godard, C.Cornes, Houlihan, Raines, Hill (Suban, D.O'keefe)
Mid: K.Cornes, Power, Gibbs, Knights, Haselby, Rich (Beams, Robinson)
Ruck: Koschitzke, McIntosh (Sellar, Spencer)
Fwd: Delidio, Harvey, Brown, O'Keefe, Lucas, Higgins, Yarran (Brown, Gumbleton)

I'd downgrade Hodge to someone like Birchall, but it's your team.

take out hodge, embley, k.cornes, power, hasleby, kozzi, boomer, lucas and yarran.

sounds like a lot but hodge overpriced, embley past it, kane cornes av about 90 this year, lpower past it, hasleby = grig, kozzi = cox, boomer = sjohnson, lucas will average 50 and yarran will av 40
