Very very tough choice for me here. Going to go with..

...Mitch Grigg
Was very close to taking Elton, who undeniably has a lot of talent, however I felt that perhaps a lack of tall talent may have seen him rated higher than he should have been. That combined with the relatively short dynasty and Elton being a long term player I decided to go with Grigg.

Grigg has already matched it at senior level, dominated throughout the season with Norwood, racking up touches at will. Has a nice burst of pace for an inside midfielder, and a lethal left foot. Got a good head on his shoulders and is a terrific decision maker, stoked to pick him up at this stage in the draft.

Great pick was wondering wether he would slip or not.
Indeed a solid pick. Thought he would have slipped further but is one of the best Key Defenders in the draft. Grigg was my next in line so will go for my backup option :P.

My pick in Dom Tyson (name played a part in this choice :P) has been likened to Simon Black especially due to his footy smarts with the ball and spot-on precision with his left foot. He will add to my very young contigent in the midfield and is one of those midfielders you can build a team around.

I'll take Sam Darley. His versatility reminds me of Goddard, also has a great pair of hands and a great user of the ball. One to watch for the future. Played at senior level in Tassie so has a bit of experience agianst men, also won the Division 2 best player at the 2010 U18 Champs from which GWS picked him up as one of their 17 year olds.

Wouldn't say slipped but not taken too early either! He's a solid midfielder from what I read.

Lets go with a highly rated Joshua Toy from the Suns list. He is the perfect young small defender I can use in the lineup and is was said to maybe have challenged David Swallow for top pick if he didn't sign for Suns.
