Not even a little bit surprised, partly because Boomzie and I talked about it and partly because you could easily build a team around a chb as good as Taylor.
Would have taken him at 1 if I had the pick.

What selwood that spud, i would be surprised if anyone picks that guy up. Horrible tribunal record sitting at 4 weeks for any offence to much a risk. Im abit of a risk taker i might pick him up when he gets to pick 10. I think it may be my gellong bias showing but not only is he a great player i can see the leadership capabilities like judd.Not what just he does personally but what he does to the team. Still i can see why taylor is a good pickup.

ONly pothead to go and we go to my second team (for when the roos are officially knocked out). Should be a really interesting draft with alot of older players. Should be interesting to see who is left when i have pick 10 with only the number 1 spot certain. Boomz your very lucky to get him probably the guy I most wanted in the draft.

Very suprised by that call, lucky HP. Taylor is a good player i personally wouldnt have picked him in my top 5 picks. I see people dont like picking up midfielders in this draft with stanton missing and in my opinion the second best player after judd not going number 1.

I'll take Joel Selwood. Can really set up my midfield with him, Ablett and Black there. I would have gone Taylor had he been available as I rate him highly as a CHB if you remember the other draft (Pretty sure he was my second pick and suprised he survived 20 or so picks).

In hindsight would have Johncock and Leuy instead of Black and Jacobs :(.

oops i didnt really think about my top players as i have a late pick. Looking over the list properly i would pick him in my top 5 probably around 3 though there is still 1 guy i rate ahead of him besides selwood in this type of draft. Wow i knew gellong was old but not that old, alot of the guys i rated ahead of Taylor are older than i thought

Ok I take back what I said then :P  I can understand picking Selwood before him I just want to build a spine first before picking anymore smalls. Geelong have some great players but for this kind of draft apart from the top 2-3 they're shower... So old.

yeah when i saw i had pick 10 for gellong i have a feeling im going to pick up some really old guy.  MTTY if you reading this i would be happy to sacrifice my 10th pick for Stanton :)
