forward line stands at

goodes nroo jroo t lynch, petrie, ismith, buddy, (pav, sylvia, howe)

basically can get anyone.
with the thoughts that nroo or buddy might not play i need some bench cover
which i dont have plus i need to upgrade - looking at howe to someone

chappy, rok, harvey, stevie j, or fyfe but he has a bye so is useless to me

i like rok plus they are playin goldie this week

Are your well placed for overall if yes then i would trade to ROK.  If not and going for league I would save trades this week as it is a non league round and you have a pretty solid forward line for league. (Goodes, N Roo J Roo Sylvia, Pavlich Petrie ( Howe, Smith and Lynch) What is the rest of your team like and how many trades do you have left.

I would look at Swallow to ROK or harvey if doing this week and adding fyfe if doing next week. If doing this week Switch Pav and whoever and then adjust your forward bench accordingly. This gives you an additional Mid/Fwd Dpp as well.

Most of your benches have some money to make as you have chosen well.  Like your team as well well done.
Another option if you want a POD would consider Howe to Gia from bulldogs (Last 5 game avearge 118 and 3 game average 124) and Howe seems to be now levelling out but still some moner to make though.
basically you need decide who to cash in to upgrade from the 2 options given as both will strengthen your team

im just thinking if i upgrade swallow
ill have to good players sitting on my bench in the midfield
where as i upgrade howe ill only have one.
if i upgrade howe i cant afford rok
so i was looking at chappy or stevie j, the rest of the year they have
a good run home

Did you look at Gia as well in comparison with Chappy and Stevie J? With Chappy and Stevie J keep a trade for them just in case you loose your first final.
