is it worth trading out bartel to goodes to avoid copping a zero in forwards? or just cop it? or any other trades / double trades i can make?

dont do Bartel for Goodes.

I would look at trading Rioli.

If you want to keep Rioli, maybe consider downgrading lower?puopolo? to Talia or somebody similar.  Then upgrade Buckley to Goodes or ROK and put them in your fwd line

Improving your team and suiting your team structure should allways be the reason behind trades. (Never trade to avoid a donut unless meeting this criteria)
If only looking for league win sometimes better to cop the donut.
IMO you need to get additional cover in your backline Suckling/Newman or Birchall obviusly after byes.
Also you will probably need 3/4 trades for finals to cover your risks there.
