FTP doesnt have a tutorial :|
I would advise, if you want, getting a mentor here- http://www.fromthepavilion.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2295&start=1380
The mentor will help you get better, I had one and helped me get on my feet- but still hang around here ;)

Read through all that Luigi as it's sort of a tutorial and tells you all the basics really. I also refer back to it for pitchs, prizemoney and other stuff.

When it comes to buying players, look for Cap/Cap at least (usually Rel/Rel) Bat/Bowl and Tech 20 year olds as you may get quite a few for less than 10k.

There is a nice way of offering advice cookie. If they don't listen then that is their problem. I don't understand the need to bag people out just because you don't agree with the way they play FTP.
