Havent posted my team up for a while so want to get a few thoughts :P

Backs: Goddard, Gibbs, Newman, Shaw, Enright, Broughton, Hurn (Heppell, Hibberd, Toy)
Mids: Swan, Selwood, Hodge, JPK, Cooney, Montagna (Nicholson, Buckley, Mzungu)
Rucks: Cox, McEvoy (Smith, Bailey)
Fwds: Pavlich, Goodes, Petrie, Chapman, Yarran, N Riewoldt, Rioli (Matera, Howe, Richardson)

Got 9 trades left and $69800

Cox, McEvoy very very nice. Did you have McEvoy from start?

With the amount of trades you have, you can afford to sell Smith for Tippet. Use the cash to fund the Ablett upgrade, yes, he is an absolute must this year.

no i traded mcevoy in for sandi last week..

IMO - Smith > Tippet && Buckley > Ablett with 7 premium mids.

trust me, the longer you delay this ablett trade, the more frustrated your going to get lol!

with 9 trades left, this shouldn't be an issue for you.

ok so i look at my options.

if i go smith out and tippett in. i still dont have enough money to bring in ablett for buckley. :-\

so i was thinking maybe to trade out smith for lobbe and just bring in judd and still have about 80k to spare

yeah im going for league anyway..

was just having a look at the byes and noticed that saints and wce have had their bye already.

which means is there really any point in me getting J.tippet? I might as well just get a basement priced ruckman ie. derricx who might play and save the extra 20k.

depends what the extra 20k means to you.

if every dollar$ matters, go for a 90k ruck like Curnow.

The tippet thing is more like Insurance, say if Cox misses 2 rounds due to soreness, you can play petrie in the rucks instead of bailey.

do you have the cash for the ablett upgrade if you use hibberd.

I think the Tippet move would probably be the safest.
