What to do next?

This is my supercoach team. I have basically no money left and 8 trades. Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for what i should do. Pretty sure i should trade sandilands out. But not sure to who and then upgrade who else? Any comments appreciated.

yeah it does matter if i cop a donut, cos i am going for league. Was thinking fisher for the backline. Or is he just too expensive now?
